The Bluecoat, the beautiful building in which Nook & Cranny is based, has recently been awarded the privilege to host weddings! With the Bluecoat being one of the oldest buildings in Liverpool, complete with in-city garden and wonderfully bright and large rooms, it's no wonder that already we've seen a handful of weddings here in the past few weeks!
The Bluecoat offers such individuality - imagine having champagne and sharing wedding toasts alongside some of the amazing exhibitions here?! The Bluecoat events team is on hand to help with every aspect of planning the big day, including a personal wedding coordinator and head chef to help personally design a bespoke menu as unique as the wedding and venue itself.
With the summer finally arriving and the sun slowly here to stay, the beautifully sunny courtyard, framed by the Grade 1 Listed building, has already played host to the wedding photography of couples celebrating with a drinks reception at the Bluecoat. We've already seen vintage inspired bouquets, sweet little bridesmaids with flowers in their hair and a unique purple wedding gown.
Here at Nook & Cranny we were even approached and commissioned to create a wedding invitation based on the latest trend of the fairytale story telling invites. Privileged to be asked to be involved, we worked hard to make sure the bespoke invites were as special as the couples story, setting the scene for a romantic wedding and a very special day.
